Project 2: _dotnetforge
DotNetForge
A modular hybrid CMS on ASP.NET Core: a visual admin, a token-secured headless API, or both at once.

overview
DotNetForge is a modular, lightweight hybrid CMS. It runs as a traditional CMS with a visual admin, as a headless CMS behind a token-secured API, or as both at once over the same content.
It is built on ASP.NET Core MVC with C#, EF Core and Razor on .NET 10, with SQLite by default and PostgreSQL as an option. CI builds and tests it on Ubuntu, Windows and macOS.
highlights
- First-run setup wizard, then a server-rendered admin with a content tree, media, users, roles and audit logs
- Headless API with scoped bearer tokens and a permission check on every endpoint
- Admin extensions that add a sidebar tab without code changes
- PBKDF2 password hashing, RBAC with six roles, hashed API tokens and HMAC-signed webhooks
